Cumbrae View House is a semi detached 3 bed property which was extensively refurbished in 2023 and is located close to the seafront in Largs with open views over Clyde Estuary. The property has off street parking, a rear patio with seating area, and part of garage is available for storage of prams / sports equipment.
It is set up for modern living with a refurbishment in 2023 involving a new underfloor heating system, a new kitchen, bathroom and utility room and includes two dedicated computer workstations suitable for working from home, and an electric vehicle chargepoint.

The lounge also has a built in computer workstation with 24" computer monitor, wired ethernet access and a dedicated office chair. There is also an HDMI connection to enable streaming services from any laptop you put on the desk to the main lounge TV
Kitchen / Diner
The totally refurbished kitchen / diner (2023) is fully equipped and has a large table to seat 6, a free standing dual fuel cooker with double oven / grill plus a separate microwave.
There is a mid sized dishwasher and fridge freezer. It is equipped with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery and a wall mounted smart 32" TV.
Utility Room
The utility room at the back door was totally refurbished in 2023 and has a washine machine, and a "pulley" clothes airer in the ceiling.
Within the cupboard under the stairs is the vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board,
Bathroom (downstairs)
The bathroom was extensively refurbished in 2023 and has a full sized bath with hot water fed from the gas combi boiler, and a 10kW elecrtic shower over the bath (with shower screen).
There are storage cupboards for toiletries, an illuminated mirror and large heated towel rail.
Downstairs Twin Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and a large fitted wardrobe.
This bedroom has a built in computer workstation with 24" computer monitor, wired ethernet access and a dedicated office chair.
The wardrobe also houses a 32" colour TV, and the travel cot and highchair
Upstairs Double Bedroom
The upstairs double bedroom has a double bed, with king sized quilt, and a built in hanging wardrobe / cupboard a trouser press plus several chests of drawers.
