The lounge also has a built in computer workstation with 24" computer monitor, wired ethernet access and a dedicated office chair. There is also an HDMI connection to enable streaming services from any laptop you put on the desk to the main lounge TV
The totally refurbished kitchen / diner (2023) is fully equipped and has a large table to seat 6, a free standing dual fuel cooker with double oven / grill plus a separate microwave.
There is a mid sized dishwasher and fridge freezer. It is equipped with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery and a wall mounted smart 32" TV.
Utility Room
The utility room at the back door was totally refurbished in 2023 and has a washine machine, and a "pulley" clothes airer in the ceiling.
Within the cupboard under the stairs is the vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board,
Bathroom (downstairs)
The bathroom was extensively refurbished in 2023 and has a full sized bath with hot water fed from the gas combi boiler, and a 10kW elecrtic shower over the bath (with shower screen).
